Welcome to the KRC Wiki

This site is designed for the distribution of KRC provided by Hugh Kieffer.
KRC is a planetary surface temperature model.
KRC Stands for:
-K = k = conductivity
-R = rho = density
-C = specific heat

KRC is now available as a web application. To use KRC on the web, click here

KRC in JGR

Check out the latest paper just published in the Journal of Geophysical Research. The paper contains lots of details on the inner workings of KRC and comparisons to other relevant models.
