Parameter Variable and Physical Definition
Dust Opacity: The mean, visible opacity of dust in the atmosphere.
Davinci Usage
- Davinci Definition:
- Same as Physical Definition
- Values:
- Input = Real Value Parameter
- Can also be input as Seasonal-Dependent Parameter
- i.e. 2 x n array: where entries in column 1 is a particular dust opacity and entries column 2 is the seasonal indicator for the particular dust opacity of the same row
- Units: Unitless
- Range = (0, 1), if less than 0:
- Default Value = 0.30
- Input Parameter Name:
- TAUD
KRC Usage
- KRC Definition:
- Same as Physical Definition
- Values:
- Input = Real Value Parameter in F10.2 FORTRAN format
- i.e. Floating point value, with a field width of 10, including leading blank spaces, plus or minus sign, decimal point and 2 integers after the decimal point.
- Units: Same as Davinci
- Range = Same as Davinci
- Default Value = Same as Davinci
- Input Parameter Name:
- Same as Davinci
- Example:
- See the default master input file as an example: master.inp
